Dreamers, it is time to gently rise from our deep Winter rest. This season of slumber and slowness has allowed dreaming into our present and future forms. Slowly and with great care, we begin our ascent as the Winter and Spring reach for one another. The two seasons meet and connect at the sacred midpoint of Imbolc. The new Light of Spring is arriving and slowly shining golden rays upon our dreams. Our sacred awakening with the Earth bids the incubation of the Dark a sweet farewell. From your lips to the Great Mother's ears, this is the season that we speak our dreams into existence.

 

Sound anchors the mind for meditation, dreaming, and deep relaxation. Crystal sound bowls are created at frequencies that heal our mind, body, and spirit. This sound meditation is in support of your season of sacred dreaming and waking. Lady Sabrina's offering includes a ritual flow, crystal bowl sound meditation, and all needed directions to walk yourself through this offering of self-care for Imbolc season. This magick may be experienced alone or with a group of your choosing.
